Milt Melamed
Co-Founder
Milt is a veteran software entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building technology companies and enterprise software platforms. In 2001, he founded CWS Software, where he has spent decades developing workforce management and HR software used by businesses across the country.
Earlier in his career, Milt served as Executive Vice President of Research & Development at ILX Systems, leading major software development initiatives and large engineering teams.
